Melissa is a dedicated healthcare investor who joined MTIP as an Investment Manager from Partners Group’s European Healthcare Private Equity practice and has since been promoted to Investment Director.
She started her career at Cevian Capital after gaining initial Private Equity experience through internships at EQT and Cinven, where she was responsible for European buyouts in the healthcare sector among others.
As an alumna of the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU), Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration. During her studies, she spent time abroad at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK).
What brought you to this job?
I'm driven by the intersection of healthcare, technology, and investing. MTIP brings together these fields, providing the opportunity to invest in leading healthcare software companies - a mission I’m passionate about.

I am often guided by F. Scott Fitzgerald's words: “The test of a first-rate intelligence is the ability to hold two opposing ideas in mind at the same time and still retain the ability to function. One should, for example, be able to see that things are hopeless yet be determined to make them otherwise.“
