Natalia Surkova joined MTIP in June 2024 as a Finance Assistant. She facilitates efficient financial operations and ensures accurate financial reporting. Natalia brings 20 years of experience in the international tax sphere. She worked at the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and was responsible for the conclusion of double tax treaties and the implementation of international tax initiatives into Ukrainian legislation.
Natalia holds a degree in Management of Foreign Economic Activity from Krivoy Rog National Technical University in Ukraine. She is fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
What brought you to this job?
Before I joined MTIP, I worked in the public sector. Working at MTIP has given me the opportunity to "see the other side of the coin" and explore the financial sector, particularly by being involved in investment activities focused on the healthtech sector.
What inspires you about your job?
What inspires me about my job is analyzing financial data and turning it into actionable insights. I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the company's financial growth and success. Plus, working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated professionals really keeps me energized.
