What motivates you?
My mother is a medical doctor with a private practice attached to our family home. Growing up and witnessing both the dedication of healthcare professionals and the inefficiencies in the system inspired me to focus my career on driving change. This is why I joined MTIP, where we invest in and support companies that aim to make healthcare more efficient, ensuring doctors can spend more time on patient care and less on administrative tasks.
What brought you to this job?
MTIP is the perfect place for those who want to make a difference. I've always been better with numbers than words, and at MTIP, I found a way to use this strength to make a real impact on healthcare delivery. We work methodically with our portfolio companies, using data-driven approaches to help them succeed, and enabling their technologies to reach a broader range of patients, creating meaningful change in healthcare.
I can’t live without...
My Kindle. Although I'm not particularly skilled with words myself, I deeply admire those who are. I have over 500 books on my "to read" list on Goodreads, and reading fiction is my go-to method for de-stressing and relaxing.
