MTIP appoints Daniela Nienstedt and Benjamin Gilgen to Board of Directors
On July 31, 2024, the General Assembly of MTIP AG convened, and elected two new members to the Board of Directors: Daniela Nienstedt and Benjamin Gilgen. They will succeed outgoing board members Prof. Dr. Dr. Dr. h.c. Hans-Florian Zeilhofer and Dr. Erich Platzer.
Daniela Nienstedt brings nearly 20 years of expertise in operational, strategic, and personnel consulting, with a strong focus on the private capital sector. Currently a Managing Director at a Russell Reynolds Associates, Daniela’s experience includes executive search and advisory roles, particularly in private equity and portfolio companies.
Benjamin Gilgen has a proven background in strategic marketing, branding, and innovation. He currently serves as Head of Marketing and Innovation at Tigen Pharma, where he has been instrumental in positioning and business development. His previous roles include Partner at Prophet and Managing Director at MetaDesign.
The Board of Directors extends a warm welcome to Daniela Nienstedt and Benjamin Gilgen and looks forward to their valuable contributions as the company continues to pursue its strategic goals and growth objectives.
The Board also wishes to express its sincere gratitude to Prof. Dr. Dr. Dr. h.c.
